2. Click on Trade Crypto on the dashboard

3. Click 'sell crypto', select BTC 

4. Type the amount in dollars you want to convert to Naira on the conversion page

2. Click on "create" and then sell

3. Select the Ethereum, copy the wallet address and send your ETH

A sell order is an order created for the processing of a particular card to be traded.

To process a gift card, you have to navigate to the "sell-order page" and select the type of card that you want to process, then create an order for it.

  1. Click on the icon “trade gift cards”

  2. On the “choose a service” page, simply scroll through to choose the gift card you want to exchange and click on it.

  3. You’ll get a prompt page to create an order. 

  4. Kindly fill in the details of the card—which include the amount of the cards(in the currency of the country where the card came from), and fill in the country of your card. 

  5. If you’re trading more than one card in the same category, kindly fill in the “order note” on the page above. 

  6. Then, upload the screenshot of your neatly scratched gift card showing all the card details.

  7. Then click continue. 

    Viola! You are on your way to receiving CASH for your CARD!  





The duration of processing a gift card depends on the type of card that you are trading. We have store cards (which typically take 2-3 hours to process) and instant cards (which typically take 15-30 mins to process).

Yes, we trade online cards like iTunes, eBay, Steam and Google Play.

3. Your card has been linked to another account


To be sure of the particular reason yours was declined, scroll down the board and check on the attached note and image to see why your order was cancelled.


To get this resolved:

1. Please navigate to "cancelled order" on your dashboard

2. Click on the particular order that was cancelled, 

3. Scroll down the board and check on the attached note and image explaining why your order was cancelled.


However, if you find the reasons unsatisfactory, kindly create an “Order Dispute” and be rest assured it would be forwarded immediately to the appropriate channel for a more thorough check on why your order was cancelled.

Babanla, If your gift card order was cancelled with the error message: "No balance or not enough balance", kindly note that this means your card, when been checked for processing, was found to have;

  1. Below the minimum limit we trade on the website.
  2. No balance at all.
  3. Already been linked to another account

To proceed with your pending BTC conversion:

 

1. Kindly navigate to My Balances 

2. You will see a blue note showing that you have a pending BTC transaction

3. Click on it to either proceed with the transaction or cancel it.

3. To send BTC, click on "send" 

4. Input the wallet address of the recipient

5. Input the amount (in dollars) you wish to send. 

6. Enter your 4-digit pin and the code sent to your Gmail to complete the process.


On the App:

1. From your dashboard, tap on "Trade Crypto"

2. Tap on "Send Crypto" 

3. Tap on "Select a Crypto" (BTC) 

4. Input the "Crypto Address" you want to send it to.

5. Input the amount you wish to send and tap on "get value" to know the equivalent of what you want to send

6. Tap on "continue", and complete the process after you must have input the code sent to your email and your 4-digit pin.
